Ingredients:
1 part Vodka
1 part Tequila
1 part Rum
1 part Gin
1 part Triple sec
1 1/2 part Sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into shaker and give ONE brisk shake. Pour back into glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.
Black Russian

Ingredients:
1 part Absolute Vodka
1 part Kahlua
Mix and freeze for at least half hour.
Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:
Tangueray Gin
Tonic water
Lemon
Mix 1 part Tangueray and 1 part tonic water. Squeeze in wedge of lemon.
Margarita

Recipe 1 : Margaritaville
Ingredients:
Cubed ice
Lime Wedges
Lime Juice
Gold Tequila
White Tequila
Triple Sec
Orange Curacao
Mix
1) Fill shaker with broken cubed ice
2) Squeeze 2 fresh lime wedges into shaker
3) Add 2 oz. of Margaritaville Tequila Oro
4) Add 1/2 oz. Margaritaville Tequila Blanco (for bite if you wish)
5) Add 1 1/4 oz. of Roses Lime Juice
6) Add 1/2 oz. of Bols Triple Sec
7) Add a splash of Bols Orange Curacao
8) Cover shaker & shake vigorously
9) Rim glass with lime peel and salt, add fresh ice
10) Strain mixture over ice
11) Squeeze in 1 lime wedge
Recipe 2: Standard Margarita
Ingredients:
Ice
Margarita Mixer - Mr. & Mrs. T
Gold Tequila
White Tequila
Triple Sec
Mix
Ice ( 1/3 of container), 3 parts mixer, 2 parts gold tequila, 1/2 part white tequila, 1/2 part Triple Sec. Shake vigorously. Server over ice.
Cosmopolitan

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple sec
1/2 oz Rose's Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cranberry juice
Lime wedge
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Place lime wedge on the rim of a Martini glass.
Waborita

2 oz Tequila
2 oz Cointreau
2 oz Rose's Lime Juice
ice
Mixing instructions:
Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice
Add ingredients
Shake vigorously
Strain into salt, lime wedge cocktail glass

1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Sour Mix
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
/14 Blue Curacao
Mixing instructions:
Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice
Add ingredients
Shake vigorously
Strain into salt, lime wedge cocktail glass
Mai Tai

Ingredients:
2 oz. dark Jamaican rum
1/2 oz. orange Curacao
1/2 oz. apricot brandy
1/2 oz. lime juice
Grenadine
maraschino cherry
Mixing instructions:
Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice
Add ingredients
Shake vigorously
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with maraschino cherry
Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients:
2 measures Tequila
Orange juice
2 dashes Grenadine
Mixing instructions:
Pour tequila in a glass with ice.
Top with orange juice.
Stir.
Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the
bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom
and then rise up slowly through the drink.
Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.
Bay Breeze

Ingredients:
3 parts Vodka
1 part Cranberry juice
1 part Pineapple juice
Mixing instructions:
Add cubed ice
Sdd vodka
Add pineapple juice
Add the cranberry juice for color.
Ocean Breeze
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
3 parts Vodka
1 part Pineapple juice
1/2 Sweet and Sour
1/4 Blue Curacao
Mixing instructions:
Add cubed ice
Sdd vodka
Add pineapple juice
Add the Sweet and Sour mix
Add Blue Curacao
