This is a 1.5 pound bread
machine recipe.
1 cup water
2 large eggs whites
3 cups bread flour
1 tbsp gluten
2 tsp sugar
1 3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast
Using electric mixer, beat egg whites until almost stiff
and soft peaks are formed.
Medium crust.
Basic or French bread.
