This is a 1.5 pound bread
machine recipe.
2/3 cups water
3 large eggs
3 tbs. vegetable oil
2 tbs. honey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tbs. gluten
1 tbs. instant potatoe flakes
2 1/2 tsp yeast
Medium crust
Whole wheat cycle
Do not use delay timer.
Do not add flour during baking.
When rise #2 ends, press pause, open lid, lift warm
dough from pan.
Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
With palm of hands, role each each part into oblong
portion 10 inches long.
place both pieces side by side
holding each end, wrap one around the other,
twisting each one at the same time to create a fat
twist effect.
tuck under ends and replace in pan in machine.
twist shape will bake in machine.
let cool on rack.
