This is a 2 pound bread
machine recipe.
8 Tablespoons – Unsalted Butter (softened)
2 – Large Eggs
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 Cup White Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar (packed cup)
1 Teaspoon – Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon – Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon – Baking Powder (aluminum free)
1/2 Teaspoon – Salt
1/2 Teaspoon – Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
Prep Time – 10 minutes
Baking Time 1:40 hours
Lightly beat the eggs.
Soften the butter in a microwave.
Add the butter, eggs & pumpkin puree into the bread pan.
Add the dry ingredients.
Quick Bread/Cake.
Light crust.
