Spicy Ground Chicken
Ingredients:
2 pound ground chicken breast
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 green pepper cut into small pieces
1 cup green onions cut into small pieces
4 tablespoons peanut oil
1/4 cup minced garlic
6 jalapenos sliced into thin rings
2 tablespoons black soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
Directions
Heat a wok over high heat until smoking.
Pour in peanut oil.
Add garlic and stir-fry until it begins to turn golden brown, about 20 seconds.
Add jalapenos and stir-fry
30 seconds.
Add green pepper and stir-fry
1 minute.
Add green onions and stir-fry
30 seconds.
Mix in the ground chicken
Continue cooking and stirring until the meat is crumbly and no longer pink,
about 2 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and fish sauce.
Cook for another minute
Add the basil, and continue cooking until the basil has wilted.
