Our annual mid summer out door party. Usually last Saturday in July. Why? Because statistically it only rains once every 20 years. When you live in the NW, that is an important consideration. Usually a 2 part party. Lots of families and kids from 4 until 9 pm. After that, things get a bit strange. The musicians jam. The partiers party. You never know when the summer bash will end. 3 a.m. is not unusual.
